Slipped disc in L4-L5 vertebrae,sciatica
I have been suffering from slipped disc since 6 years. I had a one a year old baby at that time. Initially sciatica occurs in left leg. Also cervical spondylitis happened to me in 2015. I have tried every treatment allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic also accopressure and accupuncture nothing worked at that time. Physiotherapy helped me out of these problems. But now sciatica occurred in right leg also, I am planning for another baby so my problem is I do physiotherapy exercises for pain and compression relief, but they are not making me enough strong to lift atleast 5kg of weight for 5 minutes. I feel compression in my nerve which is been pressed by disc. How will I lift my new born baby after delivery. I want muscle strengthening suggestions or muscle strengthening measures. I personally feel if my backbone muscles become strong I can take care of my baby and also lift weight. I can visit doctor in Jaipur as I live in jaipur only. Kindly help me. If a doctor present in jaipur.
