In my opinion u need to go for physiotherapy sessions at home itself... need not to go to the clinic as I have a baby to look after... there is definetly a treatment and physiotherapy is the answer to all ur questions do not get depressed.... kindly go for few blood test like calcium vitamin b12 vitamin d and uric acid and blood sugar hba1c...if u are deficient in all of the above u need to take supplement medications which have no side effects.. 1st u need to go for physiotherapy with machines like ift ultrasonic therapy hot pack laser after ur pain subsides u can start with back stretching and extension exercises followed by strengthening exercises..take care get well soon
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist immediately
Health Tips
Do not lift ur baby Do not bend forward or twist ur back Do not check ur pain Avoid sitting on low chairs stools or soft sofas Avoid prolong standings and sittings Hot fermentation is a must two to three times a day
