Don't give long gaps between your meals. Eat home cooked meals. Drink adequate water. Add curd in your diet. Also go for good workout regime. Start with yoga and slowly come out of your comfort zone according to body stamina. Avoid any kind of diet pills, they are not healthy for long run.
