Slight pain in lower abdomen
I am 12 weeks pregnant and I feel slight pain in my lower abdomen usually on the left side. The pain doesn't last longer...It comes and goes...What might be the reason? Should I be worried? Am I doing something wrong which is causing this pain? Is this normal? I am utterly confused as this is my first pregnancy..I am still figuring things out
