Slight increase diastolic fluid in MCA
I am 37 weeks 1 day pregnant(LMP) and 35 week 5 day(recent CD USG) Recent CD USG shows slight increase in diastolic fluid in MCA,should I be concerned ? What will be the option for vaginal delivery ? Attaching the report

The amount of amniotic fluid is less Rather than the blood flow in the middle cerebral artery it's the less amniotic fluid which is a matter of concern you need to be admitted for induction of labour

Not fluid , it is diastolic flow. Please consult your Gynaecologist. I would have recommended an NST and planned for delivery of the baby.
