Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Hi. From what you have mentioned, your sleep deprivation seems to be related to underlying anxiety or depression. Inadequate sleep often leads to headache. You should consider getting yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist and accordingly treatment can be initiated for the underlying problem. Depression and/or anxiety are treatable conditions. Medications and psychotherapy can help you recover.
