Sleeplessness
I barely get sleep, and when I do it's in the form of naps I'm between the nights at odd hours, I have tried sleeping on time, waking up at time, work outs, eating habits etc. Nothing seems to help, it's been more than 6 months. I also have a migraine since nearly an year

Hi, There are few things which you may consider. Avoid sleeping during day time. Avoid any workout before going to sleep. As it's a misconception that body when gets tired gets good sound sleep. Take proper healthy meals. Keep yourself hydrated. Remove any source of colour lights.. Avoid stress.. These are basic advices..but in case you have any illness you should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations could be done.
