What should be the ideal duration for sleep? Should I take one full sleep or in parts? Is it good to take naps, if yes then how much time should I devote to that? How to get proper sleep and maintain a proper sleep cycle?

Ideal duration for sleep is 7 to 8 hrs,one should take full sleep without parts.
