Previously I was working in rotational shifts and I have resigned And now I am not able to sleep and staying awake

Hello, due to altered sleep cycle your facing this problem, go to bed and get up at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much. You will get regular sleep in a week .
