I have a sleeping problem my local doc prefer me Alprazolam which is sleeping pill to take at night
I want know should i can take this Tab with mango fruit juice?

Yes you may.
Alprazolam have hang over effecte so better you can try
Tab clonazepam1 mg at night 9-9.30pm , walk for five minutes no TV no gossip, switch off lights n go to bed. Ok.
