Sleeping problem
I cant sleep until its 4 or 5 o clock at morning...it has become a habit for me... plz give advice how to get rid of it

Hi It might be due to altered sleep awake cycle which could be habitual... Avoid sleeping in day time and make yourself busy in day time....
