There is something called sleep hygiene, that helps you regularize your sleep pattern with a healthy wake up.
Cut down on alcohol/ smoking, drink plenty of water during day time. Walk after each meal, esp after dinner. Keep ur phones/laptops away atleast 1 hr before ypu go to sleep. Set a fix time for sleep and go to bed at that time. There are many other points. If after this, you still have a problem, consult me online for demonstration of few exercises /music that help you induce sleep.
