Sleeping duration
It's normally advised to sleep for around 8 hours. But, is it ok if anyone sleeps for 8 hours in some segments? For example, 5 hours in the night and then remaining 3 hours during day time.

Hi, No ,uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep is required so can go to deep sleep , in 3 hours you cannot go to dept of sleep . Moreover sleeping at day time is not good .
