Sleeping disorder
I work on ship .now home ..was stress on ship to b back home ...slept less and always stress for the 4 month i was on the ship ..when i reach home after my quarantine ..i have difficulty in sleeping like i cannot sleep the whole night .the next night i fall alseep and will be awake the whole night ..i taught it was jet lag cos i was on califorina time ...but it now been 21 day and still sane issue when i take restil pill it put me to sleep for say 5 hrs max but the whole day i feel drowsy..any suggestion

Maybe your sleep cycle has been affected. Treatment for insomnia is available. However you need further evaluation to rule out other causes of disturbed sleep like depression anxiety etc. we can start you on medications only after detailed evaluation. Please consult a psychiatrist
