Sleeping abnormalities
Sir Iam an Assistant loco pilot  working in railway department ,in which duty timings are zig zagged i e,  not similar to other job timings which offer  shift wise duty. Here in this job , the incharge will call to duty in irregular timings irrespective of day and night and have to take rest at different places based on the place we go. When there is no duty at night i sleep at night peacefully without random thoughts at anyplace. But whenever I woke up total night because of duty  and try to take rest at morning in the home or at other place random thoughts won't allow me to sleep. When I try to close eyes and sleep, recurring thought grows in and I won't sleep anymore even though i try for 4 to 5 hrs and because of this, eyes are burning , getting anger for silly things. So I want a solution for this please help me
