Please Do meditation regularly before going to sleep Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice for few weeks Take Tab geriforte by Himalaya 1 Twice a day Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day All for 3 months Reconsult after 15 days We will think of doing investigation if needed

i think your sleep and anger issue issue is not a problem at all and regarding bodyaches and hunger ; if you are into sports or any other heavy work that is ok or else meet gp.
