Dear Sir, The treatment of Potts spine is more dependent on the clinical findings, rather than a MRI report, i request you to consult a Spine surgeon or an orthopaedician, if you are not satisfied with the opinion of one go to another and seek opinion, because keeping without surgery for a condition that needs surgery, can cause problems for you, so consult in person.

The vertebral canal status is OK. If you have radiculopathy , this suggests root compression which is also suggested by the MRI. Try conservatively for 6 weeks . Else decompression is the answer for you.
