Hi have done MRI of bothshoulders
I will copy paste the conclusions of both shoulders below :
Right :
Marginal flattening of the posterosuperior portion of the humeral head could be consistent with chronic Hill Sach's.
Signal abnormality in the anteroinferior labrum with stripping of the scapular periosteum is suggestive of ALPSA variant of Bankart. Further corroboration with MR Arthrogram may be performed.
Early acromio-clavicular arthritic changes.
Left:
Small possible chronic Hill Sach's defect in the posterosuperior portion of the left humeral head.
Suspicious signal abnormality in the anteroinferior labrum is questionable for an undisplaced anteroinferior labral tear. Further evaluation with MR Arthrogram may be performed to look for labral pathology.
I have recurring dislocations on both shoulders, but no dislocation since past 1 year. I did my MRI 5 days ago on 4th june after i got shoulder injury in gym on 26 April.
Please advice on what to do ?
Can i skip surgery ?HELP

If you want to kip surgery, then try to do whatever you want to like sports etc in your present situation .
If you encounter dislocation or there is apprehension for a disclocating then it is always better to have a stable shoulder than a shoulder which you yourself are not confident about.
