I am a 34 year old female diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 13. I am under medications since then. As the years progressed I have gained a lot of weight. Right now I am fine and symptom free since last 2 years but on Arip MT 15 for maintenance.
I have a good diet that is a feel hungry at intervals and I wake up around 10.30 am everyday. This has become a routine. I try to sleep by 11.30 pm and wake up around 10.30am. I have deep sleep and feel rested throughout the day and then it makes me to work through out the day with full energy.
Is this normal or do I need to change my lifestyle?
