Sleep problem
Some time i find difficult sleeping in night . I feel dizzy but cannot keep my eyes shut.Feel like something continually going in my mind. After 2-3 hours lying in bed,i feel like leaving the bed and go for short walk inside house and again come back to bed trying to sleep again. First time i had such issues when i was diagnosed with Covid a year and half back. Same issue is getting repeated again. I am not on any medication and dont have any health issues. Hoping to get some advice and recommendations from community.
