Sleep problem
I'm facing some problems with my sleep. As I go into sleep i feel like my body is vibrating very fast mostly head and full body too. It lasts 10-30 sec. If I try to resist it, jerks gets stronger than before. Previously it was just one hand or leg but now full body is involved. This usually happens when I think about something before sleeping. It's frequency has increased I used to have very few in a month but it's increased last week I faced it 3 times. As I wake up I feel numb and very scared.

Consult a doctor and check up ur physical health like  blood pressure , pulse, CT scan of brain etc. If there is no physical problems then u must consult psychiatrist or homoeopathic doctor and psychologist or me immediately for ur better mental health management. Long lasting grief , physical assault , sexual harassment etc may be the causes.

These jerks which occur while going off to sleep are known as Hypnic jerks. These are normal and harmless but they can be disruptive. Following a good sleep hygiene( like eating 2 hours prior to sleep, avoiding tv and phone at bed time, sleeping on same time everyday etc) , avoiding alcohol and caffeine, can help with the hypnic jerks.
