Hi,
I am software employee and I am doing two weeks (10 days) night shift from 8:00 Pm to 4:00 AM and 4 weeks day shift i.e., 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
My problem is, I am unable to sleep after 4:00 AM when my shift ends. Feeling sleepy but not workout.
Able to sleep 5 to 5:30 hours but can't deep sleep and it causes me to feeling tired.
Whole day from afternoon onwards feeling sleepy but not workout when I fall on bed.
Could you please suggest a remedy for this discrepancy.!?
Or else suggest a medicine to avoid this discrepancy.!?
