Had you made this diagnosis of Sleep paralysis by yourself sleep analysis is very difficult to diagnose and usually the patient can’t tell you because at that point of sleep he will not be able to get the delineate his symptoms and many other diagnosis coincided with the diagnosis of sleep paralysis.
