Dear Lifesavers, I can't sleep for more than 2 hours at night. I feel fear and anxiety due to previous mental trauma. That trauma is now over but my body is still in that 2 hour sleep zone. How can I correct body clock to sleep for longer time. I have started yoga and meditation but showing no effect. I don't want to use sleeping pills due to addictive nature. Please help.
