Having a disturbed sleep can be very hard to deal with and mostly it occurs when there is some stress personal or professional causing the distress . It is suggested that you try to incorporate these mind relaxing activities for a better sleep hygiene-- limit phone usage at night , have a warm shower followed by a relaxing tea or milk , avoid taking your work to bed , reduce caffeine intake , maintain a healthy balanced diet , avoid eating heavy or carbohydrates at night . Try and spend quality time with close friends and family members . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for diagnosis and a treatment plan through regular counseling sessions.
