I'm not able to sleep during the night hours. I feel fresh during that time. But I feel sleepy during daytime. Around 9-10 in the morning my body gets the feeling of tiredness and not able to control my sleep. Now I'm unemployed. Whenever I lay down to sleep my mind was occupied by so many stupid thoughts, which keeps me awake. I don't know how to sleep normal like others. Please help me.
