Hi Dreams occour in every individual. Some even dream during the daytime. So dreaming in itself is not a problem. Dreams occouring in sleep are of 2 kinds: dreams occouring in REM sleep and those occouring in NREM sleep. So sleep problems may cause excessive dreams or nightmares. You can follow sleep hygeine techniques such as avoidung coffee, avoiding phone or tv just before sleep, keeping the berdroom dark before sleeping etc to have a good sleep.
Next Steps
If you are still facing problems, we can discuss the cause of the dreams online so that I can chart a therapy for you. All the best.
