I have sleep problem for 2 years due to anxiety depression but now anxiety is no more but sleep problem persist
I don't want benzodiazopine medicine if any other medicine available plzz suggest
What about melatonin

Before starting medications for sleep
Cut down on caffeine intake, smoking, avoid day time naps and have regular exercises as part of your daily routine. Get treatment for any physical health issues that might be disturbing your sleep like pain, difficulty breathing / cough( partially treated asthma)
If above are all tried and treated if still sleep is a problem consult a psychiatrist regarding medication for sleep.
Self medicating is not advisable

Melatonin is good choice...u also try some natural remedies..chamoline tea..if still insomnia persists ..visit or take online consultions ..I have expertise and working with 4 corporate hospitals in dwarka..
