In the night I sleep at 12 and wake up at 8 in the morning also I sleep for about 3hrs in the afternoon, is sleeping in the afternoon a bad habit, if yes then how to overcome this

If you skip sleeping during the day, does it makes you feel lethargic? What abt the night sleep? Do you have to get up at night? How long does it take for you to go to bwd and fall asleep? Does ypu sleep break in the early morning? Will need all these answers before deciding further things.

Its not abnormal.. people do sleep in the afternoon..its just a habit.. Rule out hypothyroidism and nutritional deficiencies You can divert yourself in the afternoon by listening to music..gardening..or talk to a friend or clean your home.. do whatever you want other than sleeping

Need to maintain a proper sleep cycle. Maintain 7 hrs continuous sleep at night and don't sleep through out the day.
