Temp like 99.6 •F and 99.7•F is considered to be normal only you need to make some lifestyle modifications like Make schedule of daily activities Have adequate sleep for 6-8 hours Stay hydrated If temperature increases above constult me directly on practo so that I can tell you investigations and treatment

Yes sleep deprivation can lead to raised body temperature. Please share if you have any other symptoms. It is better to exclude any possible infection causing fever.Please get complete blood count,  urine microscopic,  tests for typhoid, malaria and dengue done and share results.
