I am sleep apnea patient. I am not using any drugs or CPAP for this. Now I got a business that I need to travel frequently by car, train, and flight. Now I feel very disturbed and guilty on myself. So is there any solution for this? How to get cured of this?

Obstructive sleep apnea can occur because of various causes such as obesity, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles, nasal causes, short neck etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. Obesity can be managed by exercises and other problems can be managed by surgery or CPAP
