You need to regularise your sleep-wake cycle.
Next Steps
Following steps could be done for the same. 1. Go to sleep same time everyday and wake up at the same time. 2. Avoid afternoon naps , if possible..... or take a power nap of 15-20 min. 3. Avoid caffeine ( coffee ) and nicotine ( tea ) before going to bed. 4. Do not use any electronic device 1-2 hr prior to sleep as they contain blue light which suppresses Melatonin ( hormonse responsible for your sleep-wake cycle ). 5. Having a proper meal at night is also an important factor - avoid big meals,do not have any spicy food as they may cause acidity and stomach burns disturbing your sleep. 6. Calm your mind - for which you can have breathing exercises or meditate for 5-10 min. 7. Healthy sleeping environment - no noise, adequate darkness, temperature of the room at around 18-22°C Thank you for asking. Hope I was able to curb your doubt. Stay home. Stay safe. :)
