Skipping prenatala vitamins
Hi it's been 4.5months my birth I usually didn't take iron and vitamins regularly in fact it's been a month I didn't take I am only exclusive breastfeeding due to various family issue I didn't take care about it. Will it cause any major problem ???I feel okay

You need to take extra iron and calcium as long as you feed your baby to prevent yourself from Anemia . Not taking care of yourself will affect not only you but baby too.
