My sister is 13 year old. She got her first period 2 years back & has been quite regular at it. Her last period was in June & she hasn't bled yet. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal.In this age group hormones imbalance is very common due to immaturity of pituitary gland.Wait and watch.If haemoglobin percentage is less try to improve it with diet or iron tablet.
