Hello, please stop using betnovate immediately! Betnovate is a potent corticosteroids and not at all recommended to use on face without a Dermatologist's prescription. It may harm your skin by causing acne, white soots, thinning of skin abd abnormal facial hair growth. Some of the damage done by using such creams may be permanent as well. The small pimples you are getting are known as acneform eruptions and are a known side effect of creams like betnovate.
Next Steps
Stop using betnovate immediately and consult a Dermatologist for best solution to your problem.
