Skinny figure
Helow.. i am college going boy.. from childhood i am skinny and mild underweight.. i go by a busy schedule daily so don't get enough time for having a lot of food.. hoe can improve my figure to a healthy level.. give me some tips and proper diet plan and foods to take to gain mass. i feel low on confidence for my skinny frame..

Firstly never underestimate a young skinny man I mean to say always have confidence in God's creation. Secondly manage your time to eat well in time with frequent small meals and 3 main meals having at least 25 % protein in all 3 meals loke paneer,pulses,soyabean,eggs fish, chicken etc with 25% carbs and rest fruits and vegetables. Keep proper hydration. Do some regular physical activity of your choice with pre and post high protein snacks is a must.
