Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello doctor, I have been having pimples and scars on my face since I was 17 and now I m 22 and I m under medication of that.Actually now there are irregular and sometime even some strands of long hairs are growing on my chin and neck and on upper lips,they always used to come. so, I m just worried about the reason if it is related to maybe pimples etc?
