Skin rashes on face. You can see pic of it. Same rashes on back and hand as well Is it tanning ???? Please advise.. Thanks in advance!

It's facial melanosis..Need specific medicine...... Do direct online consultation  by sending more clear  photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
