Hello, my toddler 2 years , keeps getting a red patchy rash on his inner thighs and parts of his legs since 2 months,It comes and goes after applying seteriod cream which is prescribed by doctor. There’s no fever, and he rarely itches. I’ve noticed the rash sometimes appears after he eats nuts. Could this be a food allergy, or should I look into something else? Please advise.
