Skin rash and itch
My brother is having skin rash in neck with itching since 2 weeks and has increased in size over neck only. There is no scaling around it. Photo is attached herewith. What can it be? What is the treatment?

It's looking like PMLE (reaction due to sunlight).
Use shirt collar or hankercheif for protection of area from sunlight.
