I don’t know if i came to the right place but It’s worth a shot. Soo I’m trying to clear my skin. I have a problem with eating way too much junk food and not drinking water at all (i only drink sodas) so my question here is how much water do i need to drink everyday (hight: 166cm weight: 49kg) and also how many times a month/week is okay to eat at McDonald’s.. In addition to all that i would like to put on some weight any recommendations what is the best way to do that?
