Hello....., could be due to fungal infection, maintain your private parts clean and dry, bath daily ,dont letbyour body to sweat much... apply antifungal dusting powders are available you can use it daily after bath... or you can apply topical ointments.. Recurrence is common so long term application is required consult dermatologist.
