I get rashes on my arms . Why it happen? Even I have acne scars on my face . So for that I am using clear gel to reduce.still it takes time to get clear skin

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello, It’s better to look at the rash before suggesting.but based on your history ,if it’s a rash on the upper arm outer aspect ,it should be acne.do u also have rashes on the upper back?This is a kind of body acne Thts aggravates by dandruff on the scalp.can give you more details as well as how to treat it after checking the rashes.
