Hello, Open pore is actually a misnomer. They aren't actually open pores but they are pits/ scars which you get through healing of acne and whiteheads/blackheads. So yes fraxel laser does help for the same as it induces collagen remodeling and hence help in filling those "pores" But complete healing is subjective and you might not get 100% results which you are urging for!! But on an average 15-20% reductions of pores are seen on every sitting so usually 5-6 sessions are advised by your expert along with proper priming Cost depends on the locality and city you belong to. For metro cities, it might start from 8k-20k/session and for small cities, it starts from 3k-15k/session and many of the centers provide package deal where you get benefits if you book your sessions in advance. Again costing varies by the technology used and doctor's specialization so again exact amount is variable
Next Steps
I would suggest you to try chemical peel, follow a good skincare routine and then go for laser toning as fraxel lasers are notorious for more downtime where chances of post inflammatory pigmentation is quite high
