Skin itchiness Red patches

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi From last 3 days I am having itchiness in my skin on front and back. The red spots are now also spreading on neck. When I go for home remedy applying kapur and coconut oil, there is relief , but after 8-9 hours again the same itchiness arise. I had Gallbladder stone surgery last year. I do have allergy to the metallic ornaments except gold , when put on hand the itchiness starts and was recommended Dermaden by doc. One time doctor has even recommended Propylene glycol cream and terbicad. Please advise if any of above medicines can be used or u can recommend new one.
