Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

There are different types of pimples and medicines should be taken carefully. For general use,  you may start Clindamycin or nadoxin gel. Use tea tree oil based products and have green tea. If all this works it's good,  else get a consultation with your dematologist.  For pigmentation, if you get tan easily, avoid exposuee to sun. It means skin type is more sensitive. You may choose antioxidents or depigmenting facial.  Avoid aggressive peocedure immediately after the tanning episode as it may harm your skin.
