Dark pigmentation and skin tanned
I have a dark complexion and my skin gets tanned and pigmented very quickly . i have consulted dermatologist and done chemical peels but i dont feel any difference . currently using glyahakoj and vitsera serum on my face. wanted to know how to take care of my skin and is those medicines good fr my skin .

for pigmentation:-Increase intake of water & citrus fruits . Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ Melaglow Rich cream for application once at night for 2 months. tanning:- Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure Increase intake of water & citrus fruits .
