If the tooth fracture does not extend till root ..it can be saved. The extent of fracture Need to be judged by check up and dental x-ray .

Get an x-ray done to find out the extent of damage to your Second molar. if things look bright then your tooth can be saved by doing a root canal treatment and a crown over it. all the best and don't worry. every thing will fall in place once you consult your near by doctor

If only chipped off than it will definitely be saved .. consult near by dentist or endodontist.. he/she will explain treatment plan according To ur tooth condition
