Sinusitis with nasal polyps&
Also my styloid process are enlarged i feel always mucus feeling an and some times right ear gets blocked and right side throat get congested i have undergone dns surgery 2yrs before but in ct it shows still right side deviation i also feel a sort of spur .PLEASE tell me it is due to sinusitis or else enlarged styloid process im worried by seeing all those in google im a First year medical student it bothers me alot & i cant able to focus on studies .i have no pain in neck and face PLEASE look after this im attaching ct reports to

Your sinuses are clear as per CT scan … As per your symptoms… You can have eustacian tube dysfunction which leads to pressure changes in ear Or sore throat is there … infection can go to ear… But in both cases no need to worry Take Flutiday nasal spray 2 puff BD Montair LC 1 tab HS

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT Your symptoms are more likely due to mild Eustachian tube dysfunction or post-nasal drip rather than sinusitis or Eagle syndrome, especially since your CT scan is normal and there’s no pain, so there’s no need to worry.
