Yes, sinusitis is definitely curable without surgery. However, the medicines have to be administered intranasally. So, if there are any obstructions to the pathway of the medication, these will need to be surgically corrected before the treatment can proceed. A CT scan should help your doctor identify if your nose needs any such corrective surgery.
